ModulCuin wants to offer our customers not just the kitchen they want, also the kitchen they need. That’s the reason why we work every day, to ensure that our kitchens are perfect both in the structural and aesthetic sections, as well as durable, adapting to the trends that are demanded today but maintaining the know-how of more than 30 years of experience on sector.
For this purpose we work with leading companies in each field, national and international, from wooden board manufacturers, to leading companies in the manufacture of structural elements and furniture assembly.
Frames
Made of thick wood
Made of 16 mm thick wood chipboard and coated on all sides with 100 weight melamine of the highest quality, with the possibility of using water-repellent white melamine, high moisture resistance and perfect for furniture that will be in humid environments, such as the sinks.
The bottoms and sides of the frames are joined with glued pins and notches. The assembly of them is done in automatic press that guarantees a perfect gluing and framing.
The frontal edges are plated with PVC of 1 mm joined by thermofusion in finishes equal to the body of the furniture, offering a great solidity and resistance against liquids and vapors.
The door is provided with a damping stop and the sides of the frame with 5 mm diameter rack that allow the height adjustment of the interior shelves.
The inner shelf supports are 5 mm in diameter in chromed metal, with anti-roll system.
The frame’s rear are 8 mm thick in high quality melamine, similar to the rest of the frame, and are mounted with a 16 mm recess in the up cabinets and 32 mm in the down cabinets.

Hinges
and lifting systems
TWe work with leading companies in the manufacture of these elements, so all hinges include automatic assembly and disassembly with bases in "airplane" or cross design, which provide greater hardiness in the door-frame joint, these are fixed by screws with 8mm expandable fitting boss. They are made of high-strength steel, allow the opening from 105 to 180 degrees and have an automatic brake in its last path, with height, depth and width adjustment. For furniture such as corners or chamfers, we have hinges with special openings and angles.
For furniture with swing doors, we have the latest lifting systems, with different modes, classic lift with different opening angles, oscillating, in parallel or with folding door. All of them with soft closing system, which ensures a softed braking of the fronts and closes them gently.
The up cabinets, in measures of 70 and 90 height, are fixed to the wall by hangers with internal regulation and high resistance, fixed to the furniture by screws for a perfect subjection. They allow, once fixed the metal plate of subjection to the wall, the lateral regulation, of height and bottom from the interior of the furniture. The 70 cm up cabinets, by default, are equipped with a height-adjustable shelf and 2 hinges, and in the 90 cm up cabinets, 2 shelves and 3 hinges, although you can design your furniture in the way that suits you.

For total extraction drawers, the sides of the same are made of steel of the best quality, for optimal design and durability. Available in both its single or double variant, with side heights from 9 to 25 centimeters, in various finishes, silver, white or anthracite and withstand a weight of up to 70 Kg.
Additionally, all our models of total extraction can include automatic opening and closing technologies, and also a softed closing, which makes the drawer slides slower, making the closing softer, without sacrificing the maximum weight supported.
